2. Contracted Support (Inculed Pay As You Go Support Items)
SCHEDULED VISITS would give you certain number of IT Support hours for the monthly payment you make. This option would make you aware of certain possible system breakdowns in advance. Why take a chance with system breakdowns when given the opportunity to identify them beforehand.
